1. Acceptance of Operational Terms
By browsing, accessing databases, or authorizing recurring billing plans with Observer Daily Media Ltd, you enter into a legally binding agreement under India's Information Technology Act 2000 and consumer protocols. Should you disagree, terminating active browsing sessions is advised.
2. User Accounts & Multi-Session Access
Standard Individual accounts are assigned to unique singular personas. Multiplexing sessions through digital proxy routers, sharing authentication keys, or archiving text arrays via automated API spiders outside Corporate plans will lead to immediate cancellation with no liability of refund.
3. Intellectual Rights
Ownership of editorial scripts, investigative reports, structural layout assets, custom maps, and branding badges is vested strictly with Observer Daily Media Ltd, with all registration patents retained under international trademark regulations.
4. Digital Delivery & Cancellation Polices
All pricing tiers represent prepayments for active digital access. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can turn off recurring billing options via your Profile interface before the next month starts. We do not support retroactive partial-month returns.
5. Jurisdiction & Applicable Laws
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation, arbitration, or operational disputes arising from digital services will be resolved exclusively within the competent competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
